Zeitgeist Studio is an independent game developer founded in 2020 by four Hong Kongers scattered around the world. 

We are a team of artists, programmers, and multi-media creators. Name of the Will is our first project to explore an uncanny game art experience taking ground from the culture of our homeland. We successfully launched our Kickstarter campaign in 2021 with 170% funded by over 570 backers, and the “Projects We Love” highlight. 

Name of the Will has been written about in multiple papers such as Wired, Welt, RFA, udngame, and Apple Daily. Our team was the speaker of Freeplay Independent Games Festival 2021, and the panelist of SXSW 2022. 

We are committed to sharing humanistic and sentimental narratives with you. With the passion of interacting with players and supporters in all dimensions of development, we hope the international community can experience the Hong Kong spirit of our generation — exhausting at times, determined at times — as lovable as it is despicable.
